LASU Ends Paper-Based Memoranda from 1 February 2026 and Requires LASU-eMS for All Internal Memos

The Management of Lagos State University (LASU), acting on the directive of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, has announced the mandatory abolition of paper-based memoranda across all areas of university operations. The directive covers academic, administrative, and support units.

The notice also states that the Lagos State University Electronic Memorandum System (LASU-eMS) will serve as the sole platform for internal memorandum processing
